We met like most old fashion couples raised in the 21st century....through a dating app (POF). The stars were always there for us, but Plenty of Fish finally aligned them perfectly. After several long conversations, swapping life stories, sharing jokes, and embracing the butterflies, we had our first date at P.F. Chang's. Jeff was late...but of course he had to be, so that he had the perfect view of his future as he walked through the door and saw me sitting at the bar. I was smiling from ear to ear as I watched a tall, handsome man walk through the doors and make his way to me. He said hello, and took my hand and instantly all my nerves went away; and familiarity, comfort, trust, serendipity, and an instant connection remained, then, now, and always. We talked for hours, laughed, gazed, drank, and shut the restaurant down. Since then we've been inseparable. Jeff's adventurous spirit quickly led us across the country to California, and it's been a West coast world for us ever since.

On the anniversary of when we first met, we went back to where it all began (west coast style) to the P.F. Chang's in Walnut Creek, CA. Jeff wanted to surprise me, but I almost instantly knew that this was the day I would become a fiancée. As we reminisced on our first date, Jeff started expressing his love for me and slowly worked his way out of the booth. I looked over and he was down on one knee. I screamed, sobbed, and shouted "YES," and now issa FIANCÉ!!! I can't wait to marry this man, MY MAN, and my best friend! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
